Noel & Doreen Hill

A couple with a big vision.

In 1998, Noel and Doreen discovered Malabry, a quiet country farm settlement with a manor house bolt hole for a Parisian family. Within the hamlet was an ancient barn, which in the eyes of this couple was a future home. With a 10 minute drive to the local town, Plancoet, and only 25 minutes to many beautiful beaches, it was viewed as a great location for a second home.

Having purchased the property and with the cattle and pigs led out, they set to work renovating the building and cultivating the land into what you see today. Along the way, they added to their plot with the field to the right (as you look down the garden) and the apple orchard to the left (behind the barn) – in which now houses some bee hives.

Having fallen in love with Malabry and keen to keep the house in the family, Louise, Leigh, Ben and Sharyn were delighted to be its next custodians. We welcome you to our home.
